We are Matai Hub from Island Bay School in Wellington. We live by the ocean and we are in a very big school of 470 children.
Matai Hub are two guardian groups and we are years 2's. Our teachers are Amy B, Ximena and Ali. It's a very cold day today!
Today we read the book and made a Triarama or puppets of our favourite part of Pepetuna.

I'd love to see some close ups of the puppets Matai hub! Are you going to use them for anything, or display them?
ReplyDeleteTena koutou Matai Hub. Ko Kerri toku ingoa. I was so excited to read your blog post and see the photos of you all so busy being creative. I have not read Pepetuna but it looks like a beautiful story. Maybe in another blog post you can share your favourite part.
ReplyDeleteKia ora Ximena and Amy for bringing #NZreadaloud to your tamariki
