Kia ora!
We are D3 class from Raglan Area School! We are a class of year 1 and 2 students and we have our classroom in the library! Our classroom is being renovated, and we hope to move in before the holidays.
This week we looked at the story without reading any words! This helped us to predict what they story might be about and share things that we already know about Matariki.
We have also been learning about feelings at school, so we took a look at the way that Daniel felt at the start of the story and at the end of the story. We noticed that he was scared, sad and nervous at the start, but was happy, brave and excited by the end. We will put up some photos of our learning next week.
